Our Returns Philosophy

We understand that even the most carefully selected garments may occasionally require adjustment. Our 15-day returns policy allows you to shop with confidence, knowing we stand behind every piece in our collection with the same commitment to excellence that defines our brand.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable.” All other items from our collections—jeans, shirts, shorts, sportswear, t-shirts and polos, and trousers—may be returned provided they meet our conditions.

Return Conditions

To maintain our high standards for all clients, we kindly request that returned items meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation must be included

Refined Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return shipment.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Upon receipt at our warehouse, your return will be inspected within 3 business days. You will receive email confirmation once processed.

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges of size or color (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We will ship your new item once the return is received and approved
  4. Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

European Returns

Our EU clients may return items to our UK warehouse as outlined above. For your convenience, we include all necessary customs documentation with your original shipment to facilitate smooth returns.
